Four-Star Ranking Recognizes Positive Reviews from Moore Smiles Patients
GARNER, N.C. — Moore Smiles Today was recently recognized for its commitment to customer service with a “Talk of the Town” Customer Satisfaction Award for 2013.
The dental team at Moore Smiles Today earned a four-star rating in customer satisfaction for 2013, based on research and data from user-review and business-review websites, social networks, business-rating services, and industry resources.
The scores are averaged by hand, according to Susan Singer, awards coordinator at Celebration Media, to ensure the most accurate representation of a company’s customer service.
“Moore Smiles Today received many positive reviews, which is why it was given the highest rating of four stars,” Singer said. “We love to see the type of high praise Moore Smiles regularly receives online.”
Each company monitored by Celebration Media receives one rating for the year. Moore Smiles Today also received the “Talk of the Town” Customer Satisfaction Award in 2012.
